The Rocketman Enterprise Inc. Company warrants against certain defects in material and construction. At our sole determination and discretion. We may repair or replace any Rocketman product found to contain such defects for as long as you own the product. Snag tears, heat related damage, cut or frayed lines or fabric, customer modifications, discoloration and normal wear are not covered. In the unlikely event of any problem with your Rocketman product, we ask you to send it to us, at your expense for analysis and estimate of repair.
The Rocketman Company has exercised reasonable care in the design and construction of our products and we carefully inspect every product prior to shipment. However, since the Rocketman Company cannot control the use of products or information provided once sold, we cannot and do not warrant the products or information included herewith or the performance or results obtained by using our products or information.

Company makes no warranties of any kind (except as stated above), either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the product and any related published materials. Company be liable to you for any damages arising from your use or, your inability to use our products of information, including any lost or damaged property, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if the Rocketman Enterprise Inc. Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by another party.
